Sara Mohamed, ESQ.
Sara represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters in federal and state courts and is a skilled negotiator. She successfully represented clients from a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, and insurance, and resolved business to business disputes in the manufacturing and technology industries.
She particularly enjoys negotiating agreements and counseling small businesses on how to proactively mitigate the risk of business disputes and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara was a solo practitioner and a former Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Felipe J. Restrepo of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also practiced with the national law firm of Troutman Pepper Locke LLP after graduating law school, representing clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including four multi-jurisdictional matters.
Sara received both her undergraduate and law degrees from Temple University (B.A., cum laude, 2014, J.D., 2019). She attended the evening division of law school while working as a Contracts Manager and Analyst at Biotelemetry Inc. At law school, Sara received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy & Litigation and served as a staff editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.
